Bat Survey Package
Complete bat assessment including preliminary roost assessment, emergence/re-entry surveys (minimum three visits May-September), and activity transect surveys where required. Full report with mitigation recommendations and licensing guidance.
Great Crested Newt Assessment
Habitat Suitability Index assessment of ponds within 500m, followed by presence/absence surveys using eDNA sampling or traditional methods. District Level Licensing support available where applicable.
Biodiversity Net Gain Assessment
Full compliance package for Environment Act 2021 requirements. Includes baseline habitat survey, DEFRA metric 4.0 calculations, habitat management strategy, and 30-year monitoring framework. Essential for most developments from February 2024.
Reptile Survey & Mitigation
Seven-visit presence/absence survey using artificial refugia, followed by population assessment and translocation strategy if reptiles are found. Includes supervision of site clearance and receptor site establishment.
Habitat Creation & Restoration
